Sabanu Recruitment Agency acts as an employment agency and employment business, introducing candidates to employers and providing temporary, permanent, and contract staffing solutions. We do not guarantee job placement or candidate availability.

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information including qualifications, employment history, and right-to-work documentation. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from our candidate database.

Employers are responsible for making final hiring decisions and ensuring roles comply with applicable employment laws, health and safety regulations, and workplace standards.

All placements are subject to compliance checks, references, and legal requirements. Sabanu Recruitment Agency is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by candidates or third parties.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure candidate suitability, Sabanu Recruitment Agency shall not be held responsible for performance, conduct, or actions of placed candidates.

Fees, payment terms, and contractual arrangements will be agreed separately with employers. Failure to adhere to agreed terms may result in suspension of services.

Sabanu Recruitment Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
